Engage Systems was established in the United States to serve healthcare payment and integration clients directly — with senior engineers, a narrow focus and no interest in becoming a generalist agency.
Why we exist
Healthcare organisations rarely have a single missing system. They have eight systems that each work, and no reliable way to move data and money between them. The result is manual work that nobody planned for, reconciliation that takes days, and cash that arrives later than it should.
That gap is specialised enough that generalist development shops struggle with it, and unglamorous enough that product vendors leave it alone. It is the whole of what we do.
We are deliberately small. Clients work directly with the engineers building their systems, and we take on the number of projects we can genuinely staff — not the number we could sell.
