Services

Integration, payments and the software in between.

We are an engineering firm, not a product vendor. What we build is shaped by the systems you already run and the constraints you already have.

01

Systems integration

We join up the platforms that were never designed to talk to each other — pharmacy systems, practice management, ERP, payment processors and the ledgers behind them.

  • API, SFTP, HL7 v2, FHIR and flat-file interfaces built and monitored end to end
  • X12 EDI (270/271, 276/277, 835, 837) and NCPDP SCRIPT / Telecom mapping
  • Middleware and event pipelines with retries, dead-letter handling and replay
  • Legacy interface replacement without a big-bang cutover
02

Healthcare payment solutions

Money movement in healthcare is rarely a single transaction. We build the flows that handle copays, patient balances, claim remittance and provider disbursement as one coherent picture.

  • Card, ACH and digital wallet acceptance across web, in-store and IVR
  • Tokenised card-on-file and recurring balance collection
  • ERA/EFT posting, split settlement and automated reconciliation
  • Refunds, chargebacks and exception handling with a real audit trail
03

Specialised software development

Custom engineering for the problems no off-the-shelf product solves — the workflow that is specific to your operation and the reason customers choose you.

  • Product engineering in TypeScript, .NET, Python and Go
  • Portals and internal tooling for pharmacy, billing and support teams
  • Data migration, remediation and reporting pipelines
  • Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and observability you can hand over
04

Technical advisory

Short, focused engagements when the decision matters more than the code — vendor selection, architecture review or a second opinion before a build starts.

  • Integration and payments architecture review
  • Processor and platform selection support
  • Compliance-aware data flow mapping
  • Delivery planning and technical due diligence

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Most clients start with discovery, then move into project delivery or an embedded team depending on how much keeps changing.

1–3 weeks

Discovery

A fixed-price mapping of the current flow, the constraints and the risks, ending in a delivery plan and an estimate you can act on — with or without us.

Scoped engagement

Project delivery

A defined outcome with an agreed scope, milestones and acceptance criteria. Best when the problem is well understood and the finish line is clear.

Ongoing

Embedded team

Engineers working as part of your team on a rolling basis. Suits continuous integration work, platform ownership and roadmaps that move.

Delivery

How an engagement actually runs.

  1. 01

    Understand the flow

We map the actual data and money movement — including the spreadsheet steps nobody documented. Most integration failures are discovered here, not in production.

  2. 02

    Design for the edges

Happy paths are easy. We design for partial files, duplicate remittance, reversals and the reconciliation that has to survive an audit.

  3. 03

    Build and prove it

Incremental delivery against real test data, with monitoring and alerting shipped alongside the code rather than bolted on afterwards.

  4. 04

    Hand over cleanly

Documentation, runbooks and knowledge transfer. Our work should be maintainable by your team — engagement by choice, not by lock-in.

Questions

Things clients ask us first.

Do you work with our existing vendors and processors?

Yes. Most of our work sits between systems you have already chosen. We integrate with incumbent platforms rather than pushing a replacement, and we are happy to work alongside your existing vendors.

How do engagements usually start?

Typically with a short paid discovery — one to three weeks — where we map the current flow, confirm the technical constraints and produce a delivery plan with an estimate you can act on. That plan is yours whether or not you continue with us.

How do you handle PHI and cardholder data?

We minimise both. PHI is scoped to the least data needed for the flow, with access controls and audit logging. For card data we design for tokenisation so that raw PAN stays out of your systems and ours wherever the processor supports it.

Can you take over an integration someone else built?

Often, yes. We start with an assessment of the current implementation and give you an honest read on whether it is worth repairing or replacing before committing to either.

Let's look at your integration.

Tell us what is breaking, slowing down or costing you people-hours. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
